John brings 20+ years of enterprise software experience from product development to systems strategy and implementation. He has spent the last decade helping Life Sciences companies with their commercial operations and has focused on Patient Services specifically for the last 12 years.
Grant Pederson
Managing Partner & CIO
Grant brings 10+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions supporting the customer journey for Fortune 500 clients. Grant's primary focus during his career has been supporting Life Sciences and Medical Device companies' digital transformation of their commercial organization both within the US markets and International.

He is passionate about ensuring that the users of the solutions he designs are successful, and that as a result, they can provide the best possible experience to their customers.

Ben brings to the table a wealth of experience in process improvement and problem solving. He has applied those skills to companies in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, logistics, and education. The solutions that Ben has worked on are now being used by thousands of users in countries all over the world. If it can be drawn in a process flow, he can bring it to life in a system.
